A Treat for Gingerbread Lovers

Baking is how you start kids at cooking in the kitchen. It's fun whether it's baking bread or cookies. With baking, you have to be exact when it comes to ingredients.

Tis the Season for Holiday Baking and nothing is better to share than a plate of warm, homemade cookies.  I found these cookie cutters and a cute Gingerbread Lady pattern to share.  If you don't bake the cookie cutters can be used and stencil shapes for applique or quilting designs.

  3. My son makes a really delicious raspberry cheese cake. I hope I can convince him to make one for this Christmas. It is so good. I guess I could get his receipe and make one but it always taste better when someone else makes it. Thanks for the chance to win your give away and I do follow you.

  23. Every year we make tons of sugar cookies and chocolate candy molds, both of which we hand "paint" with homemade icing. Everyone joins in and it's such a great time!

  41. I bought a set of small cookie cutters just to have for quilting purposes. I bought them years ago and have never used them. I guess it's time to use them since I have a new granddaughter. They are small and non-Christmas. Thanks for a great giveaway.

  45. My favorite is Mama Grayce's Originals. This is great grandmother's recipe that are small tarts filled with a brown sugar and coconut filling and glazed with either orange or lemon glaze. Yum!
