HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
2013
I took a little time off to think about what I need to do with the blog, my quilting and my life. This is the time of year for a retrospective look at things and a time to form a vision for the days ahead. I have a few ideas I'll be sharing in the days to come. This week hopefully life will resume a more normal pace.
I even got to my sewing machine to do a little binding work in the last few days. Yeah!
2013 - It always takes a while to get used to saying/writing the new year's number. 13 is such an odd number. It makes some uncomfortable. One of my daughters was born on the 13th so she thinks it is a great number. ;-)
I'm looking forward to a new grandbaby this year and some more traveling. Let's make it the best year yet! Why not? I don't want to make it a bad one for sure!
What are your plans for the year?
I love the fresh start that a new year brings! My quilting goals are set but I need a bit of quiet time to contemplate the rest of my goals. The last family gathering was today and life will get back to "normal" starting tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year. May this year bless you and your loved ones with everything that your hearts desire together with loads lif laughter and joy. The number 13 is just another number...

Getting a new grandbaby is the best gift of all for the New Year! I hope there will be lots of good "normal" things happening in 2013. :O)
